REFUNDS
All Breath Ceramics products are handmade with care by myself ensuring each item is of the highest quality when shipped. Due to the nature of handmade product, items can vary slightly from images.
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase please contact me, within 7 days of delivery, via email hello@breathceramics.com.au. Any products that are faulty or defective will be refunded in full, including shipping.
For hygiene reasons there are NO returns for earrings.
Sale items and custom made listings are not refundable.
SHIPPING
All orders where items are in stock are shipped from my Perth studio within 1 - 2 business days.
Australia wide shipping
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder.
Please note, due to Covid-19, Australia Post and other courier companies are experiencing delays which are outside of our control.
Orders over $100 are shipped free of charge.
Local Perth pick up available.
International shipping
For international orders, please note shipping times are longer than expected. All international orders are sent via Australia Post.
Breath Ceramics is not responsible for any late, lost or damaged deliveries cause by third-party delivery companies.
Any import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country is the responsibility of the customer.
